I was really blessed to have Vijaya ma'am as my mentor..I love the way ma'am will take classes ..Each and every class is soothing n relaxing.Her consistency towards taking the classes and discipline was awesome for many years..I was really inspired by the way she stood for all of us..she guides each and every individual to grow up with daily wisdom enlightenment and show us the right path .
Definitely one can grow up with a positive attitude and also inculcate the inner strength .Even though the classes are taken in a group ,ma'am always concentrates each and every student individual physical health issues n gives time to heal them and look up their yoga poses individually ..this is best part of Vijaya ma'am..Thank you soo much ..

Recently I have started taking yoga classes with Vijaya Mam.Initially my body is not supportive doing yoga but Mam is very supportive and built confidence in me .I have seen changes in my body after doing yoga my stress levels are controlled .I strongly recommend this is the best place for those who are looking for good yoga centre.

Vijaya Maams yoga classes were exceptional, blending invigorating poses with calming techniques. Knowledgeable instructions created a welcoming atmosphere, making it ideal for beginners too. I first joined 8 months ago seeing my friend do yoga. Loved it since the very first day. It made me realise my capabilities on flexibility. It keeps me calm and focused throughout the day. My husband and I had never done yoga before and decided to join Healthy healing yoga with Vijaya m'am. She is very experienced, encouraging and genuinely considers each student's individual needs. We are regularly practicing yoga and meditation under her guidance for 3 months now and we could see the positive impact it created on us. I highly recommend this place to anyone and everyone.

This review is based on my personal experience, before I join to yoga classes I face some health issues and physically not fit for daily activities also very early I use to be tired and illness , after joining to yoga I have seen a gradual transition i strongly suggest HHY is the best option to get fit and make healthy your self, specially HHY team is taking special care for the participants the way they deal makes us more comfortable to enrich the session especially Ms. Vijaya mam understands the person based requirements and teaches accordingly our body conditions.

Firstly I would like to thank Vijaya Mam for guiding us in a right direction. Mam always told us to make yoga as a lifestyle and I made yoga as my lifestyle. It’s been 4 years since I have been practising yoga with Vijaya Mam. When I joined yoga class I had lack of concentration and focus, had headache. After practising yoga, pranayama and meditation I observed significant difference like improved concentration, clarity of thought. Headache also reduced. I always feel like it is a family not like other regular classes. I always receive support from Vijaya Mam whenever I have any issues with my personal and mental health.
